Do I have to upload my CV to register? Uploading the CV is highly recommended as the form will read the CV and populate most of the recognizable fields enabling you to complete the form quickly.

Which Account Type should I choose? Professional account would be for individuals who have work experience. For those who are studying or fresh graduates it is recommended to select "Student"

Why do I have to enter my Email Address? Your email address will be used as your username to the Job Portal and will be used to send you notifications in regards to jobs, job status, interview calls etc.

Will I be able to change my password at any given time? Yes you can change your password at any given time by selecting the "Reset Password" available in the dashboard.

Other Ways to change password would be to select "Forgot Password" from the login screen. You will receive an email with instructions how to reset your password.

Do I have to put down my name in both English and Arabic to complete the registration? If you are using the English view of the portal than Arabic will be optional whereas if you are in the Arabic view then English will be optional. It is recommended to put down your name in both English and Arabic.

Do I have to fill out all the fields in the registration form? All fields that are mandatory will be marked with a star. All mandatory fields need to be filled out in order to finish the registration process.

Where do I find the Activation Code? You would be receiving the Activation Code in the Welcome email. The Welcome email will be in the inbox of the email that you had supplied while registering. If you are unable to see the Welcome email in the inbox:
  1. Check your Spam and Trash folders
  2. If still can't find the email then you can select the forgot password in the login screen.
  3. If emails are not being received then please contact us.

Will I be able to complete my profile after account activation at any time? Yes, the moment you register you would be able to complete the profile at anytime. The moment you login the portal will ask you to update the profile. Without updating the profile you will not be able to apply to any jobs.

Will I be able to apply to jobs when I activate my account? No, you would need to complete your profile so that you could be able to apply to jobs.

Once I update my Profile, what Next? Once the profile is updated you can go ahead and apply to or search for jobs. The easiest way is to click on the home button where it will show your the recent job posts and also give you the ability to search for a particular job.

How do I know about the open vacancies? You will find all the recent open vacancies in the home page. You will also able to look at all the available jobs by selecting "View All Jobs" in the job listing of the home page.

How do I search for a job? If you have yet to register then you would be able to see jobs on the Home page. Incase you want search you will be able to do that by selecting the Job Search Navigation link where you will be taken to the job search page. You will be able to enter one or more keywords against a city that will help you fetch relevant open jobs.

If you already registered and logged in, you would be provided that functionality in the dashboard as well.

How do I know the status of the jobs I applied for? In order to look at the status of the jobs that you have applied for your would need to be logged in. Once logged in you would be able to see the secondary menu item "My Jobs". Once you select the link you would be able to see all the jobs that you have applied for and what is the status.

How do I change my password? You can change your password by selecting the "Reset Password" available in the dashboard while logged in.

Can I deactivate my account? Please contact us in case an account needs to be deactivated.

Where can I find the CV Reference number after complete the registration process? Once you have activated the account and have completed your profile you will land on the "Dashboard". You would be able to see the CV Reference number under your name and location.

How many pages should I fill in to complete the registration process? In order to get registered you would need to fill up one form. Once you receive your activation code you would just need to complete your profile where there a few mandatory fields that would need to be filled in.

Which browser should I use when I need to registration? Although our portal is cross browser functional but for best results it is recommended to use the latest version of Chrome.

Why Sometimes the career site does not accept upload CV? When there is another user/email using the same CV (Name and Content) then the system does not accept the CV. All the CVs need to be unique.
